We’re not able to find Shiny Lucario right now.

Shiny Lucario, while Lucario by itself is a popular game for many players, is even more appealing. It is only because it was found wild during GO Fest, and players have been hoping to find it. If you defeat Lucario during raids, he does not appear to be shining.

It is definitely a disappointment for the people who were hoping to see it. There will be lots of Riolu, but Lucario Shiny is nicer!
