As of today, the Shiny Finneon clan is on Pokemon GO

Today’s launch of Safari Zone Tapei means that the Shiny Finneon clan is now in Pokemon GO. The new Pokemon is now available for all players, unlike in past events where it was only possible to catch them during an event. Multiple players have confirmed this.

We don’t have a higher chance to get Shiny Finneon here in Europe or elsewhere. These are available in Safari Zone.
